Namun, hal yang begitu menyedihkannya, adalah ternyata penghuni Neraka kebanyakan adalah wanita, sesuai sabda Rasulullah Shallallahu Alaihi Wasallam :
“AKU melihat ke dalam surga maka aku melihat kebanyakan penghuninya adalah fuqara’ (orang-orang fakir) dan aku melihat ke dalam Neraka maka aku menyaksikan kebanyakan penghuninya adalah wanita,” (Hadis Riwayat Al- Bukhari dan Muslim).
Timbul pertanyaan, apa yang menjadi penyebab para wanita lebih banyak menghuni neraka? Banyak hal, ternyata. Namun, dengan tiga hal saja ternyata sudah cukup mendekatkan diri pada hal pedih di akhirat nanti.
1. Kufur Terhadap Suami dan Kebaikan-Kebaikannya Seperti hadits Rasulullah SAW: “ … dan aku melihat Neraka maka tidak pernah aku melihat pemandangan seperti ini sama sekali, aku melihat kebanyakan penghuninya adalah kaum wanita. Para sahabat pun bertanya : “Mengapa (demikian) wahai Rasulullah?” Baginda shallallohu Alaihi Wasallam menjawab : “karena kekufuran mereka.” Kemudian ditanya lagi : “Apakah mereka kufur kepada Allah?” Baginda menjawab : “Mereka kufur terhadap suami-suami mereka, kufur terhadap kebaikan-kebaikannya. Kalaulah engkau berbuat baik kepada salah seorang di antara mereka selama waktu yang panjang kemudian dia melihat sesuatu pada dirimu (yang tidak dia sukai) nescaya dia akan berkata : ‘Aku tidak pernah melihat sedikitpun kebaikan pada dirimu.’ ” (Hadis Riwayat Imam Al-Bukhari)
2. Durhaka Terhadap Suami Kedurhakaan yang dilakukan seorang isteri terhadap suaminya pada umumnya berupa tiga bentuk kedurhakaan yang sering kita jumpai pada kehidupan masyarakat kaum Muslimin. Tiga bentuk kedurhakaan itu adalah durhaka dengan ucapan, durhaka dengan perbuatan, durhaka dengan ucapan dan perbuatan.
3. Tabarruj Yang dimaksud dengan tabarruj ialah seorang wanita yang menampakkan perhiasannya dan keindahan tubuhnya serta apa-apa yang wajib ditutupnya dari pandangan lelaki bukan mahramnya. Sebagaimana yang dihuraikan oleh Ibnul ‘Abdil Barr rahimahu ‘Llah ketika menjelaskan sabda Rasulullah shallallohu Alaihi: Wasallam tersebut. Ibnul ‘Abdil Barr menyatakan: “Wanita-wanita yang dimaksudkan Rasulullah shallallohu Alaihi Wasallam adalah yang memakai pakaian yang tipis yang menampakkan tubuhnya atapun yang menunjukkan bentuk tubuhnya dan tidak menutupinya, maka mereka adalah wanita-wanita yang berpakaian pada zahirnya dan telanjang pada hakikatnya … .”
Demikianlah penyebab kenapa wanita lebih banyak menghuni neraka. Alangkah baiknya jika anda sebarkan hal ini ke saudari muslimah kita yang lain. Insya Allah ini sangat bermanfaat bagi mereka juga. Wallahualam
