QUESTION:

I am using Windows XP. If you start when Windows desktop or taskbar looks but I do not see what. What is the solution to this problem?

Answer:

Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys from the keyboard with the press. This will open the Task Manager. Find explorer.exe in the process tab and click on it once and select End Process. In the new window that opens, click the End Process button.
